Just after we booked our tickets, The Long White Cloud team rung in their expertise and catered to our ‘adventurous’ side to weave out an awesome 16 day tour touching all the must-do places and all the must-do activities. We were a group of 4 couples and an infant who had the time of our lives going from Queenstown to Auckland with pit-stops at Te Anau, Milford Sounds, Wanaka, Cromwell, Kaikoura, Wellington, Taupo, and Rotorua.
The Long White Cloud sorted us out with immaculate recommendations on stay (bang in the centre and, yet, picturesque), did all our bookings (stays and adventure activities) and, more importantly, arranged our transportation (which included a 12-seater Mercedes van), through South Island and North Island, complete with a local driver-cum-guides who knew every inch of New Zealand (which meant roads, places to eat local food, cute coffee shops, quaint places to stop and take photographs, timing the entire ride, everything)!

Before leaving for NZ, we were a little skeptical about the arrangements, but all our fears were assuaged after Day 1. Every thing was so well planned, right from the moment we landed. We never felt the need to call any of the “emergency” contacts you provided.
Coming to the itinerary – I don’t think there could have been a better itinerary. We experienced the best NZ has to offer – the majestic Milford Sound, snowfall, hot springs, gondola rides and adventure sports!

Picturesque, beautiful, amazing the list go on to describe New Zealand, which we were lucky enough appreciate through a self-drive tour organised by our tour operator – The Long White Cloud.
We found this agency online, and a quick research turned our apprehension to confidence to proceed. So when things fall into its designated places the satisfaction is multiplied two-fold. This was enabled by the professionalism and patient planning from start to end. From a car picking and dropping us to our doorstep, to booking centrally located guest rooms, the service has been good. All the Indian restaurants where our dinners were booked were within walking distance from our guest rooms and were quite good.

I just wanted to let you that we had undeniably fantastic time on our trip. I do well remember the time I first googled for keywords “Travel Planner New Zealand” and somehow landed on your web portal. I can vouch your portal is categorically more interesting then I had come across while going my research to plan my dream tour for self-drive – 23 Nights at NZ with my family of three. I do remember words you frequently used while our first long conversation – “fluid”, that is how i wanted my planner to be; to understand our requirement; listen; try an understand expectations from the tour; not be rigid at all; and foremost be honest in commitments. I am way too glad that is how it turned out to be. I can attest without hesitation the primary reason we had just had a great time was due to you and the attention you put into planning our trip.
I cannot begin to tell you what a great time we had. To shortlist destinations from all amazing NZ is a task and you were 100% on it. The hotels, Cars, attractions and on call support for any and all requirements in NZ was wonderful. Could not have been better. NZ is such a wonderful place with so much hospitality did not feel like coming back.
I have recommended your name to many who dream to travel to NZ if they don’t have immediate plans. and would like to testify on your portal as well, Guys do examine thelongwhite.cloud portal; do compare with others planners; do speak to The Long White Cloud Team, I am sure you will make a right decision. Did not have a moment of disappointment on my entire trip. To add I was happy to be treated as family when I had called local support – NZ Team for sudden plan changes due to weather conditions. In all it was top notch, as was hoping for.

The 2 weeks spent at New Zealand could not have been any better.. All thanks to “The Long White Cloud”.
From Hotels to the car we rented to the activities we did all were extremely well coordinated. The team at Long White Cloud helped us at every step. We had 2 Sky dives cancelled yet they managed to squeeze one in.
Whenever in doubt a simple text or mail was addressed . Everyone was extremely dedicated towards their job and the overall experience was fantastic.
Anyone travelling to the Southern Alps must hit them up. They will surely make your trip a JAW DROPPING ONE.
